Wellness Wednesday: Peace in the Season

The holiday season can bring joy, connection, and celebration—yet for many, it can also stir feelings of grief, loss, and emotional heaviness. Our upcoming Wellness Wednesday virtual event creates a supportive space where participants can pause, breathe, and receive tools to navigate this time with grace and compassion.

This session will begin with a calming guided meditation designed to help you center your thoughts and ground your emotions. From there, we’ll explore practical, thoughtful strategies for approaching grief during the holidays—whether you’re honoring a loved one, managing difficult memories, or simply trying to move through the season with intention.

This Wellness Wednesday experience is open to anyone seeking comfort, clarity, or a moment of peace. We invite you to join us for an hour dedicated to reflection, emotional wellness, and restorative self-care.

📅 Date: December 17, 2025
⏰ Time: 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM
📍 Location: Virtual

Reserve your FREE spot today and give yourself the gift of gentle support this holiday season.
