The Central Jersey Alumnae Chapter is excited to launch the Delta GEMS program for the 2026-2027 year!

Our mission is to cultivate young women who lead with integrity, serve with compassion, and inspire others through their actions. Through leadership opportunities, mentorship, professional development, community service, and real-world experiences, each Gem will be challenged to discover her voice, strengthen her character, and recognize the brilliance she already possesses.

This is more than a program year. It is a year of transformation and new beginnings. Together, we will learn, lead, serve, and shine—with purpose.

2026-2027 Theme:
“Shine with Purpose”

Every diamond begins as something ordinary before it is shaped, refined, and polished into something extraordinary. This year and onward, Delta GEMS is embracing a new vision centered on purposeful leadership, authentic sisterhood, and unwavering confidence.

Applications for our Delta GEMS program for the 2026-27 program year are open!  If there are any questions, comments, or concerns please reach out to GEMS@cjadeltas.org.

The registration deadline is October 3, 2026
