Keep It Moving Healing Hike

Sunday, November 2, 2025 | Cheesequake State Park, Matawan, NJ

Our Second Annual Keep It Moving Healing Hike invites CJA members to reconnect with nature, wellness, and one another. This uplifting experience is part of our ongoing commitment to holistic health—encouraging members to nurture their minds, bodies, and spirits while enjoying the beauty of the outdoors.

This year, we’re excited to expand our journey of wellness and connection by offering a more inclusive hiking experience designed to welcome members with mobility needs. Whether you’re an experienced hiker or simply looking for a peaceful stroll surrounded by sisterhood, there’s a path for everyone to participate.

Expect a morning filled with fresh air, gentle movement, meaningful conversation, and the rejuvenating energy that comes from spending time together in nature.
